As others have mentioned the included UV light is too weak to cure the solder mask. It uses 3 AAA batteries to function. You will be better off getting a more powerful UV light separately.
I also did not receive the screw on tip for the syringe with my order.

The UV light is too weak. Useless. I used this glue to cover all the sansui2000a circuit boards. A fairly large area. I had to put it out in the sun at 12 noon. And I used a magnifying glass to focus the light on the areas where the glue was too thick. Very quickly, within 30 minutes the glue was completely dry.
