Common issues for not work:
Firstly , please make sure LED Strip is correctly connected . Controller and led strip conjunction part arrow to arrow— LED can turn on when you plug power
Secondly , please make sure led strip in in flashing mode
then you can add device into Tuya APP
how to make led strip flashing ? — please plug and unplug and plug the power adapter for 3 times . then wait for a few seconds . led strip will come to flashing mode

Good, a great LED tape, compared to the generic uncoated that tape gives from 10 to 0. I felt a difficulty connecting it to the app, but just hold the button on, add manually and connect via the WiFi and Bluetooth option. The ribbon also comes with a control with some functions but it didn’t have the color I wanted so I adjusted it by the software itself, it is in any way worth the purchase

Love this little fellow! Great way to get into that good vibe. Unfortunately out of three ordered two were defect, one shuts down after seconds after turning on, the other one the nebula is stuck, won’t rotate. We got a refund, but it would be nice if they did some sort of quality check before dispatching the goods!
