1. How long will it take to make the sign?
Generally needs 1-2 working days after approval is confirmed. Please tell me if you have an estimated delivery date.
2. How long for shipping?
shipping by Cainiao Heavy Parcel is about 25-40 days;
shipping by ALiexpress Standard is about 15-30 days;
shipping by UPS/DHL/FedEx is about 4-7 days.
3. Do you accept returns or cancellations after an order?
We DO NOT accept customized LED neon signs for return or refund. If there is any problem, please contact us, and we will resend or send the replacement part. Thank you for your understanding.
4. I have a special requirement, can you do that for me?
All of our neon signs are created specially for you and your order. We can add almost any kind of professionalization.

It’s absolutely perfect. I was worried it would be too small or spelled wrong. It was better than expected! It has 3 light settings: low, medium, & high.
